This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs all use of the Selam Ride Uganda platform, mobile applications, and website. By using our Services, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Permitted Use

You may use our Platform only for lawful personal transportation and delivery purposes in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use our Platform to:

Transport, deliver, or facilitate the movement of illegal goods or substances
Commit fraud, including creating fake accounts or manipulating pricing systems
Harass, threaten, or harm other users, drivers, or staff
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract code from our apps or systems
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
Conduct denial-of-service attacks or any form of network interference
Scrape, crawl, or collect data from our Platform without explicit permission
Use bots, automation, or scripts to interact with our Platform
Impersonate another person or entity
Post or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Violate any applicable law or regulation

3. Content Standards

Any content you submit (reviews, messages, support tickets) must not be defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or illegal. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

4. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension without notice, permanent account removal, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil or criminal legal action where warranted.
