We understand plans change. Selam Ride Technologies Limited is committed to fair and transparent policies for all riders, drivers, and delivery users on the Selam Ride Platform.

Cancellation Terms

Cancellation terms, including any applicable fees or windows, are displayed within the Selam Ride app at the time of booking. All relevant information will be shown clearly before you confirm your trip or delivery.

Driver Cancellations

If a driver cancels after accepting your trip, you will not be charged and will be immediately rematched with another available driver. Repeated driver cancellations are addressed under our driver quality policy.
